Like many others, I am completely enamored of woodland creatures. While lots of critters hold a place in my heart, deer are among the most beloved. Since countless etsians share my love of deer, I thought I would share a few of my favorites.
Spring is upon us. Since the season is all about rebirth and renewal, I think the Crackery Crockery from Ornamented Life is a fitting tribute. Each piece of discarded tableware is lovingly given new, unique life by the Danish designer. Chips and cracks are hand-filled with 24K gold, and out of the damage spring specially designed floral transfers. Love.
I seem incapable of thinking about anything that isn’t Blythe-related these days. Luckily for me, another gem arrived in the mail today. This yellow “pointy helmet” from Lunitas Knitting Shop is ridiculously adorable and makes me feel all warm and cheery.
This cut paper typography by Hina Aoyama is some of the best art I’ve seen in a long time. I love how delicate and intricate her work is. To view more pieces, click here.
We’ve just added some new Mother’s Day card to our Etsy shop. We’ve been having a lot of fun with hand-drawn type lately, and while there is a lot going on on the card, but we are pretty happy with the results.

Mother’s Day is May 10th (in the US and Canada, at least).
Typically I try to avoid things that use the word “smooching,” but I had to make an exception for these magnets from Button Empire. I felt like they were made just for Owen and me—or maybe we’re not as unique as we’d like to think we are. Either way, I think they are fantastic. For those of you who aren’t married, they are available for boyfriends/girlfriends as well.
