Flickr Mondays—Angeles Peña

I was having a hard time finding someone to post about today until I happened upon Angeles Peña’s beautiful work. I love that she’s able to capture so many different types of shots with the rainbow. Amazing.

Happy Monday All!

Really neat shots by 14-year-old photographer, bmenton (sorry, don’t have the photographers real name). There is something about photos of animals out in nature that gets me every time. Especially when they are of red foxes! Amazing!

One of my new favorite artists, Jon Klassen. I LOVE his use of color, content (lots of nature), and texture.

Thought I’d do a little post with some old photos I’d taken while out and about in San Francisco. Funny how these photos were all taken at completely different places/times, but they somehow all go together. Happy Monday!

Science is pretty.

Since I feel like there is never enough fuss made over the crazy discoveries that happen in the world each day, I’d like to share a pretty one. Here is a shot of a newly discovered, luminous, non-stinging rainbow jellyfish found near Tasmania. While it may not seem particularly significant or exciting at first, it proves that science can be beautiful.
